Big Brother’s Tomasz Wania has stunned fans by showing off his four-stone weight loss.
Polish-born Tomasz, 31, took part in the final Big Brother series last year and has revealed that he lost the weight in just 12 weeks after he underwent gastric sleeve surgery.

Tomasz, who describes himself as gender-fluid, took to Instagram to share the news.
He said in a caption: “3 months after my #gastricsleevesurgery and I’m down 4.3 stone which is 27kg!!!
“I’m so happy with my progress.
“Thank you lovely people for cheering me on and thank you to my friend from @perfectformaftercare Forever grateful for what you did for me.”

Many of Tomasz’s 24,800 followers took to the site to leave their messages of support and admiration.
“Do you feel the difference? More energy? You look amazing,” one asked.
Another gushed: “Tomasz you look fantastic.”
“You are looking fantastic well done for your dedication!” a third wrote.

Tomasz was evicted from the final series of Big Brother house on day 43, with Cameron Cole winning the series 10 days later.
When he was evicted, Tomasz told host Emma Willis he was “gutted”, saying that, “I just have trouble believing in myself sometimes.”
