The couple have spent two years living apart

Mark was busy in LA as host of entertainment show Extra, while actress Michelle was based in the UK filming drama series Our Girl.

But according to The Sun, their days apart are over, and the loved-up couple are finally living in the same country.

The paper claims that Mark told them he’d returned to the UK for good, after quitting his job on Extra.

“I’m no longer living in LA,” Mark said. “I was there for nearly two years and had the most amazing time.”

He went on to say that coming home was a matter of timing.

“It just feels like the right time to come back to the UK and live here with my wife and family.”

The reality star shared shots of his day to Instagram stories, showing how much he’s enjoying his return to the UK.

And while he had to negotiate his way out of his contract to come home, he said that the door was open for him to continue working with the Extra team in the future.

“I loved my time at Extra and I love my bosses, who I’ve left on great terms with, so I look forward to working with them more in the future.”

But Mark isn’t going to be twiddling his thumbs now he’s back on his home turf – he’s stepping into a new job hosting the new season of The Bachelor on Channel 5.
