This Morning star Alison Hammond has been spotted enjoying an early morning soak in her hot tub.
The bubbly presenter, 45, took to Instagram to update fans on her morning routine as she enjoyed a dip in the garden of her Birmingham home.
The photo showed Alison posing for a selfie in the mirror while it was still dark outside.

She captioned the photo: “Early morning Hot Tub!! This is one of my favourite guilty pleasures, early morning Hot tub . #5amclub.”
Alison’s celebrity pals rushed to comment on the morning snap.
Holly Willoughby gushed: “Whaaaaat!!!! Love you!!! 💕.”
Josie Gibson chimed in: “Make room for a little one!! 💃💃💃💃.”
Andrea McLean added: “Oh yes, I hear ya! And last thing at night as well… makes you sleep like a baby ❤️.”
Fleur East exclaimed: “Yes!!! Love this 🙌 🙌 🙌 .”
Alison Hammond shows off her garden
Alison has certainly been making the most of her garden since renovating it during lockdown.
The lovable star previously gave fans a tour of the outdoor space on This Morning.

She explained to viewers: “It’s a brand new house, but the garden was an absolutely mess before I got it. It had draining issues and it was really getting me down.
“I absolutely hated it, so I thought lockdown has happened and this is going to be my labour of love. I got busy, I got into work and designed the garden.”
Alison – who lives with her 15-year-old son Aiden – had completed the garden with a BBQ, an impromptu gym and a selfie shelf.
She concluded: “Aiden stayed in his bedroom playing the Xbox and doing his home schooling. I didn’t have any help whatsoever.”
Alison Hammond’s exciting new TV show
Last month, Alison left fans delighted after announcing she’s landed her own show.
Posting to Twitter and Instagram, Alison revealed details of the new show, which will air in October.
The former Big Brother star said: “Excited to announce that I’m working with @ITV to bring you Alison Hammond: Back To School!
“I’m on a journey to learn about black figures throughout the ages who have been overlooked in the pages of British history and I’ll be exploring current teaching of history in our schools.”
